What country has the best music in the world?

A lot of people would say the USA and I did think that before, but
recently I've been liking music from Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of
Congo. I'm a white british too. This is the song that really made me
to start researching more Congolese music. Skip to 0:40 until 0:50 for
