AMEB, necessary to play tempo that's written on the list pieces?

I have my exam in 2 days and I'm really having trouble playing fast
with one of my pieces cause of the staccatos. The piece says 126 beats
per crotchet, but I'm playing at about 100. Will I lose marks or
anything?
