Netflix Instant Watch limited selection in each categories?

I know Netflix has recently changed their layout, but is there anyway
to view all the movies within a category on Instant Watch now? When I
select a category such as Comedy it only displays a select amount of
movies. It used to have a whole list and then sub-genres within that
category. I am not liking this new layout at all, very hard to find
movies on it now.
I am unable to click on See All for each specific category. Like for
example within comedy there would be sub-genres within comedy such as
romantic comedy, stand-up comedy, action comedies, etc. I am only
given a small selection of movies within the category. There is no
option to see all.

The only section that allows me to See All is New Arrivals.
