I want to be a actress.?

I'm a 13 year old female, and I have no experience. I've never been in
any plays or been infront of a bunch of people by myself. I'm
interested in being an actress. I don't want to get involved in
theater acting, such as plays or anything, because I don't enjoy the
dramatical side of acting.
I was watching Skins a few minutes ago, and I fell inlove with the
characters. I like how everything is so realistic and believable to
the point that it honestly felt like it was my own life. I guess what
I'm saying is that I want to be in a tv show or something, I'm not
really sure. Anyways, I come from a tiny tiny tiny town. My school
doesn't has a drama club or anything useful, but I am going to try
talking my mom into letting me go to a class for aspiring
actors/actresses, or something similar. My question is: How do I go
about doing this? I need thorough answers from reliable sources
though, lol. Websites would be fine I guess, but I'd much rather hear
it from someone's own perspective. I would like someone to explain how
to get into acting. Is it difficult or fairly simple? Is it overly
expensive, in your opinion? Would this be a good career for me?
PLEASE, tell me everything you know and I want to hear your thoughts.
